About the event
The Family and Child Centre takes pride in providing the highest standard of education and support to both childbearing couples and childrearing families.
Jude Polack, Bianca Van de Merwe, and Claire Bracher will instruct you. This will provide you with different points of view, which will enhance your learning, and assist you in your decision-making.
Our classes run over the course one weekend and cover information and skills on:

* coping skills and pain relief options
