Whether you’re a first-time parent or need a refresher, our antenatal course covers everything from labor and birth options to those first few days at home. Led by experts in a warm, supportive environment, over one weekend, or 5 consecutive Thursday evenings, we help you and your partner feel peaceful, prepared, and excited to welcome your little one.

Course Details:

Venue: 4 Jack Street, Jacanlee, Randburg

Classes: Weekend (Saturday and Sunday 9am-3:30pm) OR 5 consecutive Thursday evenings (18:30pm to 20:30pm)
